Are you having trouble downloading?

 Then go down until you see the box you see below... STEP 1 of 2...

Fill in the platform (that is just the windows program or mac program you use i.e. Windows 2000)

Fill in connection (i.e. dialup) just say dialup if you are not sure this is for most of us. 

Then skip down to the very small red oval that says download and click.

 A box should pop up with a choice to open or save, choose open. The program will install itself on your computer and automatically open when it is needed.
