Membership / Associate Membership Form

At Adult programs everyone must have a membership.  For Family & Parent/Child program just one person (child or adult) in each household is required to have or purchase a YWCA membership that must be valid at the time of the program you wish to attend.   Sorry, YMCA memberships are not accepted, we are two separate organizations.

Refunds:

Deposit is nonrefundable, 50% of other fees refunded if notice is received 24 hrs. prior to program. All refund requests must be made in writing.

Agreement:

We have read and understand this agreement and its contents. We are aware that by submitting this registration form we understand that this is a release of liability and a contract between us and the YWCA and for its affiliated organizations and sign of our own free will. We agree to cooperate with the YWCA Camp Cavell policies & will not hold the camp responsible within reason for sickness or accident incurred in transit or at camp. We give permission to be photographed or video taped & allow YWCA to release said pictures for publicity purposes and understand the YWCA will us them appropriately.

Sorry no pets, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, fire arms, smoking in buildings, or open fires allowed.
